- Free of charge of booking's fee in low season.
- 5% of reduction for 2 weeks consecutives. 10% of reduction for 3 weeks consecutives or plus.(Low Season)
- Supplementary Person : 4.40 euros / day - Supplementary Vehicle: 3.30 euros / day
- Paying 15 euros of booking' s fee (except low season).
- This is the net price without supplementary camping price (except holiday tax)
- The tenant must prepare : bedsheet,blanket,pillow and sleeping bag
- For every reservation,deposit 30% of the total amount by credit card or international postal cheque.
- As we receipt the deposit,we will send you the confirmation with all details.
1)The arrival time is available during the working time of reception : 8.30 am - 12.00 am and 15.00 pm - 19.00 pm. 2)The reservation will be effective 30 days before your arrival date. 3) Deposit caution money of 200 euros is requested at your arrival date. We will return it within 1 week, at your departure,after the deduction of compensation in case of damage/lost of place/material. 4)Paying 30 euros as a fine if don't clean the residence before departure. 5)In case of change the arrival date or departure date, should inform us at least 15 days before your arrival date. If not the reservation is considered as cancellation. 6)The dog and the other animals won't be allow to be inside the residence. (except the agreement) 7)The number of person in the residence limit as above mentioned,the extra person must pay extra charge ( as the agreement ).
